    Shipping Methods Available

When shipping goods from the US to Singapore, there are two primary modes of transportation: air and sea freight. Additionally, land transportation via trucking may be employed for seamless door-to-door delivery.

    sea freight

Sea freight involves transporting goods between ports using cargo ships and is a popular choice among traders. Your items will be packed into either less-than-container load (LCL) or full container load (FCL) containers before embarking on their journey. Typically, sea freight from the US to Singapore takes approximately 27 to 46 days, depending on the departure point.

    air freight

Air freight entails shipping goods via transport planes and is the preferred option when time is of the essence. Air freight usually clears customs and reaches its destination within 3 to 8 days.

    LCL shipping

With LCL shipping, you pay a flat rate and share container space with other shippers. However, shipping durations may be longer as all cargoes must be consolidated from various locations in the US and deconsolidated upon arrival in Singapore.

    FCL shipping

FCL shipping involves paying for an entire container and allows you to decide whether to fill it completely. This method can be faster and more cost-effective for shipping large cargoes.

    Trucking

Trucking involves transporting goods over land using trucks and is commonly utilized for local transportation, cross-border movements, or transferring goods between ports and warehouses. It’s typically employed for the first and last mile delivery of goods to and from their designated destinations.
